Members Retention Agent

 

Job Description:

As a Retention Agent you will be making outbound calls to re-instate members who used to be part of Unite the Union. You will follow a detailed script to give information to members with the aim of re-instating their membership to Unite. You will need to remain professional at all time to ensure all members are left with a positive impression.

We are an employee focused company and put a lot of effort into keeping all employees’ happy and motivated at all times. We run various incentives on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. We also have a great commission structure where individuals have the opportunity to have control over their own success.

 

Salary and Working Hours:

  • £17,000 (basic) – Your salary will be paid monthly
  • Genuine OTE of £20,000pa
  • £100 attendance bonus per month
  • Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 7:00pm. There is no weekend work or bank holiday work

 

Skills Required:

Essential:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to strive towards company targets
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with members
  • A high level of drive and determination
  • Confidence
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Exceptional time keeping skills
  • Basic computer skills

Desirable:

  • Previous telephone experience in a Contact Centre Environment
  • Customer service experience
  • An understanding of Trade Unions and what they do
